FINANCIAL GUARANTEES
Regarding the financial guarantee, as we do not hold any funds, which is value effect for our clients, we are not required to justify a financial guarantee.
CERTIFICATE OF INSURANCE FOR PROFESSIONAL CIVIL LIABILITY
(LAW OF JANUARY 2, 1970 – DECREE OF JULY 20, 1972)
DEMEURES DU GRAND SUD has taken out an insurance contract with GAN Assurances including guarantees at least equivalent to those provided for by the decree of September 1, 1972.
